Cookie statement
Short, because there is nothing to consent to.
We do not use cookies
Our websites do not set cookies, and do not use local storage, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, analytics, advertising tags or social-media widgets that track you. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.
Our forms work without cookies. To stop spam, our servers check a signed timestamp inside the form and keep short-lived counters on the server (for up to one to two hours, linked to your IP address or a coded version of it). Nothing is stored on your device. Our privacy notice explains this.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may in some circumstances set a strictly necessary security cookie, for example to tell real visitors from bots during an attack. It is used only for security, not tracking, and does not need consent under the UK and EU rules on cookies because it is strictly necessary to provide the website securely.
If this changes
If we ever add cookies or similar technologies that are not strictly necessary, such as analytics, we will:
- update this statement before they are used;
- ask for your consent first, with an equally easy way to accept or refuse, and not set them unless you accept; and
- let you change your mind at any time.
